    Welcome to Kylie Michelle Hair! To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the following policy for booking.

    1. Consultation Required

    Blonding Services: All new clients must book a mandatory in- person or virtual consultation to assess hair condition and establish a customized blonding plan.

    Hair Extensions: A consultation is required to evaluate your hair type, desired look, and extensions options (tape-ins, wefts, etc.) This also helps to determine a color match and evaluate texture of your hair.

    2. Deposit Policy

    A non- refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be applied to your final service cost. If a deposit is not received within 24 hours of booking, the appointment will be canceled

    Blonding: $50 deposit required for any customized blonding.

    Hair Extensions: The cost of the hair extensions must be paid upfront to secure your appointment. (50% of hair) The remaining service cost will be due on the day of the install appointment.

     

    3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

    48- Hour Notice: We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a forfeited appointment.

    Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited.

    4. Hair Care & Preparation for Appointment

    Blonding Services: Clients should arrive with clean, dry hair. Avoid heavy styling products before your appointment.

    Hair Extensions Services: Please arrive with clean, product-free hair. If you are removing old extensions, please inform us beforehand to allow time for this service.

    5. Service Adjustments

    Satisfaction Policy: We aim to ensure you are satisfied with your results. If any adjustments are needed, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. Complimentary corrections will be made at discretion of the stylist.

    6.Hair Extensions Maintenance

    Care and Maintenance: Clients are responsible for proper hair care of their extensions. We provide detailed aftercare instructions and recommend follow-up appointments for maintenance.

    7. Payment Options

    We accept all major credit cards and cash. 

    8. No-Show Policy

    No- Show Penalty: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Any future appointments will require a rebooking fee or full payment in advance to book 

    9. Salon Dress Code

    To ensure a comfortable experience during your visit, we recommend wearing casual clothing that you don’t mind getting hair or product on. While we provide capes to protect your clothing, we are not responsible for any messes that may occur

    10. Client Agreement

    By Booking, clients agree to adhere to this policy. Failure to comply may result in refusal of future services.

    All payments made for services rendered are non-refundable. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify me within 48 hours, and I will do my best to address your concerns with a corrective service, if appropriate.
